Binhnam Aluminium operates a 50,000 m² manufacturing facility covering aluminium billet production, extrusion, surface finishing, CNC machining, packing, warehousing and quality control.
The factory has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of aluminium billets and 60,000 tons of aluminium profiles, supporting standard products and custom OEM/ODM orders for industrial, construction and other aluminium applications.

Binhnam Aluminium also has coating-related qualification and approval documents from TIGER, AkzoNobel Interpon and JOTUN.
Binhnam Aluminium operates an anodizing line for aluminium profiles requiring a metallic appearance, surface protection and improved corrosion resistance.
The anodizing process can be applied to industrial, architectural and custom aluminium profiles according to product specifications and customer requirements.
The factory also operates a wastewater treatment area supporting environmental control for production activities related to aluminium processing and surface finishing.
Binhnam Aluminium provides CNC machining and further processing for aluminium profiles based on customer drawings and final application requirements.
Combining extrusion and CNC processing within the same manufacturing system allows customers to order profiles with additional machining before packing and delivery.
Processing may include cutting, drilling, tapping, milling and other CNC operations according to approved drawings.
Finished aluminium products are inspected and prepared for packing according to profile type, surface finish, length and delivery requirements.
Special attention is given to finished surfaces such as anodized and powder-coated profiles to reduce scratches and handling damage during storage and transportation.
Packing can also be arranged according to product codes, order quantities and customer requirements for domestic or export shipments.
The warehouse supports the storage, order organization and delivery preparation of aluminium profiles and finished products.
Products can be organized according to product type, production order and delivery requirements before packing or shipment, helping production and logistics teams coordinate customer orders more efficiently.
Quality control is applied across key production stages, from aluminium materials and extrusion to surface finishing, machining and final packing.
The QC team supports dimensional inspection, surface inspection and final product checking based on product specifications and customer requirements.
