Our 50,000 m² manufacturing facility combines aluminium extrusion, surface finishing, thermal break production, CNC machining and export preparation within one production system.
With 60,000 tons/year aluminium profile production capacity and six extrusion lines ranging from 4-inch to 10-inch, we support customers from profile development and extrusion to finishing, machining and delivery preparation.
Binhnam Aluminium manufactures custom aluminium profiles based on customer drawings, samples and application requirements. Our extrusion system includes six presses from 690 UST (4-inch) to 3300 MT (10-inch), supporting aluminium profiles for industrial equipment, automation, construction, solar systems, transportation and other OEM applications.
Available aluminium grades include 6005, 6005A, 6082, 6060, 6061, 6063, 7005, 3003 and 5052, depending on profile design and application requirements. For custom projects, customers can submit drawings or samples for profile review, die development, trial extrusion and mass production after approval.
Custom Extrusion Support:
Custom aluminium extrusion begins with a suitable extrusion die. Binhnam Aluminium supports die development based on customer drawings, physical samples or technical requirements.
Profile geometry, dimensions, wall thickness and extrusion feasibility are reviewed before die preparation. Trial extrusion and sample inspection can then be carried out before mass production approval.

Binhnam Aluminium provides surface finishing for aluminium profiles through its vertical powder coating line, anodizing line and additional finishing processes for architectural and industrial applications.
Surface finishing can be selected according to product appearance, operating environment, corrosion resistance requirements and customer specifications.

Binhnam Aluminium also has coating-related qualification and approval documents from TIGER, AkzoNobel Interpon and JOTUN.
Binhnam Aluminium provides further processing for aluminium profiles through CNC machining and fabrication capability.
Combining extrusion and machining within the same manufacturing project helps customers reduce additional handling between suppliers and receive aluminium profiles closer to their final assembly requirements.

Machining requirements can be reviewed together with the extrusion drawing so that profile dimensions, hole positions and final application requirements are considered before production.
Binhnam Aluminium supports international B2B orders with export-ready packing, shipment preparation and logistics coordination.
Packing can be arranged according to profile type, surface finish, length, order quantity and customer requirements. Finished aluminium products can be protected with film, wrapping, bundles, cartons or pallets before shipment.
For export orders, Binhnam Aluminium can coordinate with customer-appointed forwarders and prepare commercial and quality documents according to agreed delivery arrangements.
